Terms of Service
🌿Credit & Usage
✦Credit is required where it's visible when using my art.
✦Don’t claim my designs as your own, always credit me as the original designer.🌿Turnaround Time
✦Commissions typically take 1-2 weeks after payment or less.
✦During high demand, it may extend to up to 1 month.
✦In case of serious/personal issues, It may take over 2 months to complete, depending on complexity and my current queue, but I will update you after 1 month.
✦Please dont hesitate to reach out anytime for updates!🌿Communication & Response Policy
✦Please check your notifications regularly for message updates.
✦I will not continue the commission without your confirmation at each required stage, which may affect how long the final piece takes to complete.
✦If you do not respond for 3 months after several attempts to contact you and you have already paid or I am mid-work, your commission will be canceled with no refund.
✦If you have not paid yet (for example, during the sketch-approval stage) and there is no response for 2 weeks, your commission will also be canceled.🌿 Refunds & Cancellations
✦ If payment hasnt been made yet, you’re free to cancel your request if you change your mind. No worries!
✦ If a commission must be canceled due to my fault or an emergency on my side, I can offer a refund based on how much work has been completed.
✦ The refund amount depends on the current stage (sketch, lineart, coloring, etc).
✦ Once the commission is fully finished, refunds are no longer available.
✦ Client-side emergencies may be discussed but refunds are not guaranteed.
✦ So far, I’ve never had to issue a refund due to my fault, as I always keep clients updated and communicate clearly.
✦ Feel free to reach out anytime if you need updates, clarification or anything while waiting for your turn in the queue/in progress!🌿Changes & Revisions
✦Changes cannot be made for some commissions, make sure to read the desc! but I'll always allow minor change after finished [ ex. markings/colors error ]🌿Design Rules
✦Do not change the design heavily. Minor changes are fine as long as the original design is still recognizable and the old design is kept/credited.
✦Do not make rip-offs / new characters that look very similar to my designs.
✦No "breedables" unless the offspring has major differences from the original.
✦Do not increase the design’s worth unless additional art has been added.

Please Read before ordering Mystery design
This is a Mystery design NOT a custom, you will not get any say in the design apart from what you choose. You can pick 1-2 themes + species + 0-2 accessories. No refunds if you do not like the outcome, please make sure to accept the risk of the mystery before buying!
This commission type does not have a local price, sorry! because it involves a time-consuming design process and effort. To keep pricing fair and consistent, all payments follow the USD price. Local clients will need to convert the USD amount to IDR using the current exchange rate at the time of payment.
